Returns
Due to the food nature of our products, all sales are final.
However, if an error occurred during the preparation of your order by the Les Brutes team (missing product, wrong product received, damaged packaging, etc.), please contact us promptly (within 5 days) with your order number and photos if necessary. We will be happy to rectify the situation.
Damaged Products or Order Errors
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of receipt so we can correct the situation.
How to Request a Return
To make a return, please email us at info@lesbrutes.ca, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
