All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of order confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. Thank you for your understanding.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Quebec: 1 to 3 business days
- Ontario: 2 to 4 business days
- Rest of Canada: 3 to 7 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and the weight of your order.
Shipping is free for orders of $45 or more.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can track your package.
