Mexican-style pizza rolls

Ingredients
For the PVT farce
- ½ red bell pepper, diced
- ½ orange bell pepper, diced
- ½ cup of corn
- ½ sachet of Mexican-style Les Brutes TVP, rehydrated
- ⅓ cup of black beans
- ½ cup of salsa, strained
- ¼ cup of vegan shredded cheese or cheese of your choice
For the other ingredients
- 1 ball of pizza dough (approximately 550g)
- For garnish: cilantro, green onions, sour cream, and salsa, as desired
- Oil spray or oil of your choice
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
2. Rehydrate the Les Brutes TVP according to the package instructions (divide in half to use half the packet). Strain the salsa to remove excess water.
3. Add all the ingredients for the stuffing to a large bowl. Mix well, set aside.
4. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, then add the filling over the entire dough.
5. Prepare an ovenproof dish by spraying it with oil to prevent the rolls from sticking.
6. Roll the dough into a cylindrical shape and cut into small rounds.
7. Place the slices side by side in the dish and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes.
