Granola croustillant à la PVT - LES BRUTES

Crunchy granola with TVP

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • ½ cup of dry TVP The Brutes
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts or almonds
  • 2 tablespoons of sunflower or pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tablespoons of maple or agave syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Fresh fruit and plain yogurt to serve

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven.
    Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

2. Mix the dry ingredients.
In a large bowl, combine the oat flakes, dry TVP, nuts, seeds, cinnamon, and salt.

3. Add the liquids.
Pour the maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla over the dry mixture. Mix well so that everything is evenly coated.

4. Cooking.
Spread the granola on the baking sheet in an even layer.
Cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through for even browning.

5. Chill and serve.
Let the granola cool completely (it will become crunchy).
Serve over plain yogurt, garnished with fresh fruit.
